On the first day of the tenancy we can arrange to meet the tenant at the property and walk them through the inventory room by room. Once in agreement with the contents we will then obtain a digital signature from the lead tenant and should you require, hand over keys. An EPC gives a property an energy efficiency rating from A (most efficient) to G (least efficient) and is valid for 10 years.
