A check in entails meeting the tenant at the property to issue keys, running through the inventory with the tenant and obtaining a digital signature.
Mid term inspections are usually carried out every 3 or 6 months and provide a snapshot of the property during the tenancy. Images are captured of each room, smoke alarms identified and checked (if possible), any maintenance issues identified and evidence of pets/sub letting supplied.
